Does anybody think over the last 2 years the amount of returns has got a bit out of control people are sending stuff back more than ever as amazon are making it so easy with return labels and pick ups from home ect all paid for by the sellers?

How are people trying to reduce this we have had to employ extra people just to deal with the amazon returns.

We are not selling items thats high return rate like clothing,We send FBM and FBA

FBA returns are higher than FBM and you dont really get to see the data to why been retruned/refunded
