This ASIN is a brand product, it is not a generic product. The title confirms the ASIN is branded. We need someone from the Forums to manually approve us for this ASIN.

Amazon did this on a bunch of items we sell right after they sold their inventory so in reality it means sell they item on competing platform

We are also having this issue with several of our own branded products. A few of the products are brand new, and a couple have been listed for years but were recently taken down and flagged with the same issue. Seller support won't help us at all, no matter how many cases I create or how I explain it. I don't know what else to do at this point.

Same thing happened to us. We were selling the item for years, all of a sudden, we are not visible as a seller for the item. Says we must apply, and then, not taking applications, but other sellers are selling the same exact thing. Same canned responses from support to apply. Round and round we go.

Could be the company requesting amazon limit sellers or it could be amazon actively limiting sellers. Either way unless you have a letter directly from the owner of the brand there wont be any exceptions.

The team has completed their review and have advised that, as part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon has implemented additional restrictions for Appliances Brands. The ASINs from Thermador brand fall under appliance items. Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications for these brands at this time.
If you have a relationship with the brand directly, you can reach out to them to ask them to add you as an Authorized Reseller of their brand in Brand Registry, which may get you approved to list their items.
I know this is not the outcome that you were hoping for, but I thank you for your understanding.
