I'm reaching out because my Prime badge was suddenly removed from my listings, even though my Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) metrics meet Amazon's requirements. My SFP performance is stable and fully compliant. and I haven't made any changes that should affect the badge status.
Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Could this be due to a technical glitch, or is there something else I might be overlooking? Any insights or advice on how to get the badge reinstated would be greatly appreciated!

Just to confirm the issue. Is it that your Prime Status is Active but you are not displaying the Prime Badge on Listings?
If this is the case it could be your delivery speed that is causing the issue. If Amazon deem that the Customer would place an order today from you, but would not receive delivery within 2 days then it will not show the Prime Badge to Customers.
What delivery date is it showing in your listings if a Customer was to order today ?

Related to this topic, here is a help page that can help you. Prime badge not necessary will always show on the detail page front view, if you are not the one winning the feature offer (buy-box) your prime badge will show once the buyer select you. If you want, you can provide me the ASIN or case ID if you already reported this to our support channel, for me to have a look.

I am a FBM seller and this has happened a couple of times to my account in the past. Amazon have always told me the reason and I have managed to address the issue and get the badge reinstated. Have Amazon given any reason as to why they have removed the badge? This may be in your case file rather than an email telling you directly.
If not it is likely that one of your settings has changed this may not have been changed by you. The most likely is your shipping settings Amazon have tried to move my settings to 'Shipping setting automation' they claim offers " Simplified shipping template that automatically calculates accurate delivery time to your customers " '
I would recommend that you take a look at your shipping settings and your case file
