I am an Amazon seller operating in the UAE marketplace, and I am planning to register my brand under the Amazon Brand Registry. I would like to confirm whether a trademark registered in China (CNIPA) is acceptable for brand registry in the UAE (amazon.ae) marketplace.

Could you kindly clarify the following:

1. Can I use a China-registered trademark to apply for Amazon Brand Registry in the UAE?

2. Are there any limitations or special requirements when using a Chinese trademark for brand registry outside China?

3. Once approved, will I have access to full brand features, such as A+ Content, Brand Storefront, and Sponsored Ads in the UAE marketplace?
