Read onlyHi can anyone help with stranded inventory. its the same product every time. tried to speak to SS but they just sent me a link to create inventory files and closed the chat. theres so much information on that page I have no idea what im even looking at;

We have found that your SKU is currently linked with multiple fulfillment channels therefore it has become inactive.
There should be only one fulfillment channel for an offer and if it gets linked with multiple fulfillment channels then that listing will become inactive in the detail page.
Kindly go ahead and do the full update for this SKU by uploading an inventory file after with these multiple fulfillment channels will be removed and listing will become active.

Please do not enter number of units in the quantity section of an inventory file as it will automatically gets assigned depending upon the available units at FC.
Once you upload an inventory file the listing issue will be fixed within 24 hours.
