Account Suspended due to sales velocity and no reply from Amazon

Hi everyone!

My account has been deactivated due to sales velocity apparently. Someone from Amazon called me to tell me that my account will be deactivated because I don’t have enough feedback in comparison with the sales/transaction.

They did deactivated my account, I submitted an appeal and I got a reply to my appeal:

“Your account is still under review. We ask for your patience while buyers leave feedback for you.”

Now my question is:

How the hell will I get new feedback if I’m not making new sales because my account is deactivated.

How is this making any sense?

I imagine that Amazon will contact customers from my earlier transaction as that is the only explanation but It’s been two weeks now and no follow up reply from Amazon.

I don’t know what to expect. Should I remove my inventory?

Or should I wait another 5-10 weeks for Amazon to tell me that my account will remain deactivated?

They don’t make it easy for the sellers do they? I’m paying storage fees, my unit and other business costs just so I have my account deactivated just because I had more sales that usual in these past months.

They should come up with a CLEAR message like: “Your account will be deactivated for a certain amount of time, after that we will come up with a conclusion” But no, they don’t give a f*** about your costs, they let you wait until god knows when.

This is not right. I don’t know how other seller take this but it’s not right. For a company that makes billions in profit all the hardships fall on the little guys.

Didn’t they mention 30 days in their notice to you?
