Changing Credit Card On FIle
Hello, I will soon be needing to change the credit card associated with my Amazon seller account. I am scared to change any of the business account information associated with my account. Is there a safe way to change the credit card on file with my account, and not have a temporary deactivation of my account? I recently changed my address, and my account was deactivated for 4 days. I dont want this to happen again. Thanks for any help

The best way to change credit card on your selling account is to first add that card to the buying side of your account. I don't think it is even necessary to select it as the card to use on that side -- just add it.
Then wait a few hours and you should be able to just choose that card from the selling side.
There is no way to guarantee a hitch-less change. At the very least you would temporarily lose the ability to request payment.

Hi there @Seller_juBskO15vEVTx,
In general Amazon only deactivates an account when the identity (including address) needs to be verified. While you can't receive payment without a Credit Card you can usually Fulfill Orders while the Credit Card is verified.
I'm glad you were able to update your Credit Card without issues. Thank you for your understanding.
