UPS Ground Saver

I'm using a Zebra LP 2844 printer for 4x6 labels and Amazon Print Connect software. It's always worked fine. Recently Amazon has been offering UPS Ground Saver. For some reason, whenever I select this as the shipping method the label size doesn't match the printer. I get a giant portion of the top left hand corner of the label on a 4x6 label. For me to use UPS Ground Saver, I have to save the file as a PDF and then print it. It's annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It works fine on my Dymo LabelWriter 4XL printer. I have seen some posts about this, though, and I believe the issue is that not all of the label formats are currently supported for UPS Ground Saver. I don't think the .ZPL one is supported yet.

Ground saver is a nightmare for us. It saves about 25 cents per order but has negatively impacted our on time delivery and has had some lost shipments. We will just stick to ground.

Hi @Seller_3SqadFu88D8CV,

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. It may make sense to try Amazon QZ Tray. We have seen some seller have success with troubleshooting issues when they switch over.

Best,

Dominic
