Minimum Pricing

Now that the techs in Amazon have completely wrecked the manage inventory page does anyone know where this new 'minimum pricing' has come from?

If I go to change a listing say from £12.99 to £9.99 a red box appears and says 'below your minimum price of £11.09', I never set a minimum price, there is nowhere in the edit listing that refers to minimum price and nothing in the business pricing or anywhere else, the only solution is to delete the item and relist it at the price you want to sell it at.

I spent 20 minutes with seller support and they had no answer other than they thought an AI BOT was now being used to estimate upper and lower price levels based on information that nobody knows what it is, have Amazon finally lost the plot on this one?

Here is an example, change the price to £19.99 from £22.99 will not allow it and NOWHERE is there a minimum price of £20.99 in my inventory and it cannot be changed, so delete the listing and relist, more work.

I find that if you go into the automate pricing section of Amazon you can find your sku and change your min price from there.

I can fine no way to get rid of this minimum pricing, I have been onto seller support twice and account health once and nobody can tell me where it is, I tried pausing the pricing rules and makes no difference, so far I have deleted and relisted about 100 listings to get over the issue, what is going on?

I am sick and tired of this, nobody in Amazon knows anything about this minimum pricing, there is no way to turn it off, what right have Amazon got to set a minimum price on a product that cannot be changed and that is 3 separate people in Amazon that have not had a clue what I am talking about, it's ridiculous.

Go to the top of the Inventory Page and on the right side there is a Preferences button.

Click on the preferences button and it will open a page where you can enable the maximum and minimum price. You should then be able to see them on the inventory page and edit them as required

Just found somewhere else to update the min/max prices.

Go to your [Manage All Inventory] Page

Search for your Sku or ASIN and where the SKU is underlined with a hyperlink, click on this link.

This takes you to the url https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/skucentral?mSku=AA-AAAA-AAAA

In the url you need to replace the AA-AAAA-AAAA with the actual SKU of the product.

Scroll down to the section called [Pricing]. In here you can update the min/max prices.

Hope this also helps.
