Incorrect FBA charges for FBA missing stock not visble on our account for removal
Our UK account has been decativated in september 2025 with the notification that VAT needs to be updated . From then to date we see zero stocks present in our FBA inventory but according to our inventory ledger report have 2197 units in FBA UK . We have raised 10 cases as yet as we have been charged a few thousand pounds already on storage fees but strill are not able to get our stocks returned to us and all we have asked to do is update our card again for some more charges to be made by us as FBA fees .

Not sure what is to be understood here , we had a different picture but now are protecting ourselves from cahrges for our own stock which we cant see or even remove, rather disappointed .

We have raised three more cases as we have been charged FBA fees since september 2025 while we do not see FBA stock of listing on our account since August last year . Getting very diifficult to understand or figue what is the best way around this .

@Seller_Ue4KmxAB1ehn5 Hello, please check your performance notifications in Seller Central for more information on the account deactivation, and the reasoning why recent submissions have been declined.
Once your account is reactivated, following the steps outlined in your performance notifications, you will then be able to create a removal order for the inventory in question.
