Product detail updates not displaying on front end?

Product detail updates not displaying on front end?

Hi all!

We have dozens of active listings that we make edits to continually. Problem is that only about half the updates we make in the backend actually get displayed on Amazon.

The edits we make all follow guidelines, they’re well within character and byte limits, there’s no violating copy or any reason for them to not update on the listing.

When we go back into the Edit details for the listing, the changes we have made are still there in the backend, but not on the front end. We usually end up having to open a case about it which can take several days at best, and sometimes that doesn’t even work.

I’ve tried ‘refreshing’ the listing, using different browsers, removing text, usually with no luck.

Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated!

Probably should note that we have the buy box and control of the listings. Most of the products we’re the only seller.

It’s not always enough to be the only seller, edits are usually only updated if you’re the original lister. As you mentioned, Seller Support has to be contacted for edits on products originally listed by another seller.
