customer claimed the box is empty

Customer claimed the box is empty however the item was in the box. This is not the first time happend and Amazon warranty automaticaly return me the box. Any sugestion what to do with that?

Did you buy your shipping through amazon? What or who was the carrier United States Postal Service? Was this an FBA order or one you fulfilled yourself

Well, that is an old scam on the site. Great way for buyers to get free products and a full refund. And of course, Amazon always believes the buyer.

Which Carrier did you use for the label. When this happens I try and get a weight of the package as measured in transit by the carrier and send the screenshot to the customer. As my wife and I pack and ship all orders, I indicate as such. I report their account to Amazon as abuse, report all their messages, and charge them a 100% restocking free if it is returned.

I'll honestly rather cut off my left leg than cater to scum any longer.

I make em jump through the hoops. I tell them that its very unfortunate and that I'll have to contact the postal inspector to investigate because mail theft is a serious crime and I'd want to make sure we find out what happened to their precious item. that often scares them off.

empty box? That’s impossible. I filled the order myself and the weight is noticeable and item moves around . So it’s very noticeable.
