Matching Amazon Partnered Carrier Estimates with Actual Costs?
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some clarification on the costs associated with Amazon's partnered carrier program for FBA shipments. The shipping costs provided when you create a shipment are estimates, but I’m wondering if anyone has been able to match these estimated costs with the actual costs listed in their settlement report.
Specifically:
Are there adjustments made to the Amazon partnered carrier costs that are detailed or itemized in the settlement reports?
Is there a way to track the exact final shipping cost for each Shipment ID, rather than just relying on the initial estimates?
Does Amazon provide a report that shows the final carrier cost for each shipment after it has been audited? If so, how can I access this report?
Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Hi @Seller_6tTI0Em2OPUwX,
You are able to see these figures as an inbound transportation charge transaction in your Payments report with a fee amount that matches the Amazon partnered-carrier cost amount shown on the summary page for your shipment.
Your actual shipping fees may exceed our estimate if the carrier determines that your pallets weigh more than you indicated or the freight class that you provided is incorrect, or both.
For more info please review the Amazon Partnered Carrier program help page and Amazon Partnered Carrier program FAQ.
