If you don't have alot of child Asins , you could follow the steps:

Inventory---Manage all inventory--- check the option FBM so as to appear all FBM listings----select change to fulfilled by Amazon from the drop-down menu and wait a few hours until the status is changed.

Please help to resolve:

I have created a shipment on 10 of september 2024 it came on 12 of december 2024, i.e. 92 days after shipment creation. My carrier is dpd and on their website it is said that shipment is already delivered, but on 10th of december the shipment was closed, thus now my shipment is now lost as I do not see any updates on it.

Shipment ID is FBA15JH19XQH

Please change the status of shipment from "closed" to "inbound" or "to be delivered" or anything else which would allow the goods to be accepted on my inventory

We encountered that we cannot change ASIN attributes such as title, bullet points, picture description. The thing is that amazon stores meta data inside, past data, which does not allow us to make a change. This is the case for all ASINs in the countries Germany, Spain, France, Italy. Please delete all old ASIN data inside the system so we can change attributes.
