using Pan European FBA

Hi everyone, hoping someone could help me here.

I a selling quite happily on Amazon UK, and have also got my product into Germany and Netherlands....I also want to list it in France and Italy (and Spain if poss) via Pan European FBA - but it says my ASIN is hidden in those countries.

I can't see a reason for it to be hidden - does anyone know if this is normal and there's a process to overcome that message and get selling?

Any help or guidance would be extremely gratefully appreciated!
