Read onlyWe are shipping heavy and bulky items, and the carrier we use is not integrated with Amazon yet Amazon is on me about not having a valid tracking rate.
Is there any way for the shipment to be considered exempted?
Thank you

There used to be a heavy/bulk specific shipping template, but you had to be invited to participate.
Here's the page for the large and heavy information. The template is offered "by request only"

Further info on this page:
This page indicates that heavy bulky shipments through certain carriers are exempt. I do not know how much that may be trusted.
Hi @Seller_nWb6qyOYlTCaa,
Dominic from Amazon here, want to provide some additional context. The help page that @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl provided around Freight-shipping templates for less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, does state:
Tracking: You are required to provide a shipment tracking ID and carrier name when confirming your order on Amazon, for all the orders shipped via Arranged Delivery or Scheduled Delivery. For more information on Valid Tracking Rate (VTR), see the VTR help page.
This is also stated on the help page:
Are you having issues where you shipped something and it was being considered?
Best,
Dominic
