Brand registry for another account

Hello Community members

I have registered my brand at my UAE account and I am listing my products with my brand name.

Now I have created another account for UK marketplace and want to use my same brand at UK marketplace but now the issue came when opened brand registry in UK amazon website then it says that my brand is already registered.

And now I am unable to to list my product with same brand at amazon UK.

And I gave user permission from my UAE account to UK account but it did not work.

Please reply if anybody went through like this situation.

To be eligible for Brand Registry, your brand must have one of the following:

  • An active registered trademark in each country where you would like to enroll
  • A pending trademark application that is filed via Amazon IP Accelerator
  • A trademark that is pending registration in a subset of accepted trademark offices
