Return Query

by Seller_HIWyXJCAuQ6DA

Hi, somebody bought a soundbar from us and has created a returns which is auto authorised.

The comments are it's the wrong brand and does't work with their system...so a buyer error.

Where do we stand, even if the buyer has opened it and tested and then returned, r.e. a refund?

No Longer Needed

This is change of mind. The customer is liable for the return label so no need to refund that.

Regarding the open box question, the customer is entitled by law to inspect the item and return it if not suitable. But if it has been genuinely devalued by opening the box, taking it out and connecting it, this may be a reason for a Safe-T claim to recover some or all of the lost value.

Thanks to you both. With regards to this Safe-T claim, can I file it despite the fact I fulled myself or not by FBA?
