Hello, everyone; I need some advice, guys, please. I want to send a request to the review via the "request a review" button, but there is a message from amazon like this:

" We don’t require you to request reviews because our systems already do that at no cost to you. It is against Amazon Policy to make repeat requests (per order) for a product review or seller feedback. By using the ‘Request a Review’ feature, you agree not to send any additional review requests via buyer-seller messaging."

Should I send the request anyway? Or would this be a violation of the rules?

I am now finding out that A-Z Guarantees raised by customers impact your ODR rate when Amazon Policy states it shouldn't if using Amazon Buy Shipping.

I know i should refund if a CRL large letter isn't scanned by Royal Mail but can't see the benefit in using Amazon Buy Shipping going forward if ODR rate is impacted.

I have appealed these decisions but the bots or whoever reads the A-Z guarantee appeals don't seem to know their own policy even when it's quoted. Before December my appeals were successful.

Amazon Buy Shipping Policy states the following: A-to-z Guarantee claims: If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and dispatch on time, you are protected against A-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims.

Is anybody still having any luck in appealing when it impacts ODR?

Can anybody say why we should use Amazon Buy Shipping if the policy is being ignored?

The customer opened A-to-z claim for the item that hasn't arrived and it was granted despite the evidence that shows it was delivered. Long story short the funds were taken from our account despite the shipping label was purchased using Amazon’s Buy Shipping which should protect sellers from such claims. Also received the message from Amazon saying 'The customer claimed an issue with delivery. Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee covered the cost of this claim on your behalf because you used Amazon’s Buy Shipping and the customer issue was outside your'.
