Account deactivated
Hello everybody.
Help me figure it out
I sent the product to Amazon, Amazon received it and is now distributing it in warehouses.
While the product was on its way, my account was deactivated and blocked for inactivity on seller central.
I wrote a letter, in response they write to me, fill out the form and give you a time for video verification.
Filled out and sent, wrote three dates when convenient for me. I received a letter that it is ok, we will write to you in two days when you have a video meeting.
The last date is 27.12. No one ever calls. What do they do, where do they go?

Have you checked the status of your inventory? Is it showing as in stock at FBA?
I have to really wonder if persons within Amazon are intentionally stealing inventory sent to FBA.
Search the forum and you will find others with the same tale as yours, and then there are all of the counterfeit complaints that cause suspension after sending inventory to FBA but the inventory goes missing when it arrives there.

If an account sits dormant for more than 3 months, Amazon will deactivate it as a security precaution; your inventory will end up in standard mode, but it will be safe.
What does it say under your Account Health page? At the top of the page, there should be a link to resubmit identity documents.

I have already applied to the appeal more than once, they send such an answer - This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel.
