Inventory stranded - shows as available but also as inactive no stock -
I am hoping you can help. I have 3 items for which I had some stock already at FBA and sent more which has been checked in ok. Then all of sudden all the stock of these 3 items has appeared in stranded inventory (reason : inventory error). All the listings are now showing as inactive (out of stock) but they are also saying the quantity available is the quantity I have there. I have tried everything I can to fix the stranded inventory and nothing works or is irrelevant. I have opened cases and got absolutely nowhere. I have never had anything like this before. It feels like a computer glitch to me. One of the ASin numbers is B09MFYNDDZ I am hoping someone out there can help…I’ve just been having my lunch and 3 more random products have become stranded…Inventory error - but I can not find any attributes or anything at all that is not correct or missing etc

Not that it should cause stock to go to stranded but your picture is not compliant and possibly search suppressed
As its happening with more of your listings, do you have any account issues that may result in suspension ?
Are there expiry dates that may have passed too ?

It looks like there might be some issues with the ingredients on that listing - or have the reviewers mixed something up?

try full update with flat file and make sure to select fulfilment method as “amazon_EU”.

I have had this before. I find if you delete the product, wait for about 30 mins to refresh the stranded reason and then add the product as a FBA item it sorts the issue.

I am having the exact same issue, inventory shows as available but listing is out of stock and inventory also shows as being stranded, with an inventory error.
Contacted seller support who have said they have refreshed the listing and to wait 24 hours, so lets see if this does anything.

I have noticed few of my listings moving to Stranded although they are available in Stock.
It looks like when the Minimum Price (Amazon sets it automatically for some random ASINs) and your selling price goes below that Minimum Price it makes the item as Stranded.
Minimum Price column is not shown on the Inventory/Manage Pricing page so you have to go Custom Columns to make that column visible and make the Minimum Price is below your Selling Price. Alternatively, you can do this via the Amazon Seller App.
If your Minimum Price field is empty then all this won’t be required.
