EMA1 Fulfilment Centre - Requesting later delivery

We have been delivering to the same fulfilment centre for over 1 year now with no issues.

In the last month, we have had 60 boxes ( across 7 different shipments) not make it. The warehouse keep asking Parcelforce to come back at a later date. The reason being 'Addressee requested later delivery'

They re-attempt 2 more times and then return to sender.

We not have no stock for sale but over 10,000 items 'incoming' however they are not because the boxes are being returned to us.

Please help!
