Premium Shipping Eligibility Reinstatement

Hello

We are appealing for the reinstatement of our Premium Shipping Eligibility and would like this case to be escalated and considered by a supervisor. Can a mod please look into this and refer to case id 16656748601

We lost our Premium Shipping Eligibility due to one mistake made by a junior member of our team, 1 package missed being handed to our Fedex driver.

In the last month we have only had 2 PSO orders hence our On-Time Delivery Rate has reduced to 50%.

Please consider that this is 1 mistake and not our normal performance.

We have checked on all our PSO orders since 1st July and 100% of these were delivered or had an attempted delivery on or before the Promised Delivery date. I have the data which i have attached to the case id

In fact 50% of these had a delivery attempted before the Promised Delivery date.

I would appreciate a mod to look into this considering it is just one order.
