amazon return postage cost
since amazon introduced this auto label for fbm seller, am i right in that we have to offer free returns to all customer's? regardless of the reason.
it auto generates a label for the customer even for change of mind, i would think the buyer should pay to return if they changed their mind

if you are in the pre paid return label program all labels are charged to you upfront.
If you sell clothing jewellery or handbags then all returns are free
However any other category, depending on the return reason when the refund at first scan takes place Amazon will use the return reason and if the customer is liable for the return postage, the cost of the return label is deducted from the refund.
