Lost inventory in FBA
Hi everyone,
Amazon has lost my inventory second time consecutively. In the first shipment, they received 41 units out of 200 and 26 out 127 units in the second shipment. When I contacted the seller support team and provided them with the proof of ownership (invoices), they said we have completed our investigation and no more units have been found and as the investigation has been completed, it is not eligible for reimbursement.
In both of the cases, the UPS is tracking is showing that the boxes were delivered at the Amazon FC.
Has anyone else has had same issue?

This seems to be happening a lot at the moment, and is difficult to over-turn. We did have a similar situation a little while ago where they claimed 60 items were not received, however after about 3 months they suddenly got added to our stock when they obviously came across them in the warehouse.
