Manufacturer Letter of Authorization?
Amazon have requested a Manufacturer -Letter of Authorization for us to list 3 items the strange part is they are part of a set of 93 all 93 listed in the UK but in DE FR IT and ES an error code appeared on 3 of them the other 90 listed no problem the same as UK and they are now asking for a Manufacturer Letter of Authorization for them to investigate in DE FR IT and ES for the 3 that do not list.
What is Manufacturer Letter of Authorization? I only have contacts with the distributor I have no contact with manufacturer. when this happen previously I contacted the distributor and they had no idea of what Amazon were asking for they in turn aske the manufactuerer and they too had no idea of what Amazon wanted.
does anyone here know what it is? tried asking Amazon customer service but I am sure you all know what a waste of time that was.

It’s exactly what it says: a letter from the manufacturer authorising you (or rather your business) to sell their products and specifically to sell them on Amazon. The last point is important because some manufacturers don’t want their products sold on here, or only sold by selected sellers. If you go ahead without that letter, the manufacturer and distributor might refuse to keep supplying you with stock, or even require you to stop selling whatever you already have
