Liquidation Resellers on our own listing
Hello Everyone,
We joined the liquidation program on Amazon and what happened the people who purchased our products via the liquidation program sell them under our own listing. The reason why we opted to liquidate cause the first batch of the products had problems.
Right now, we are dealing with lost in sales and negative reviews from those liquidation items.
We tried opening case for infringement via the brand registry but they want us to do a test buy, which is not relevant to our case since it's our own product and not a counterfeit.
Anyone who experienced this? Any advice on how we can remove this reseller and the negative product reviews they caused?
