New bank account account deactivated
We recently had to change our bank account from a nationwide account to a TSB business account. This should be a straight forward process however for some reason all of our asin’s have been deactivated (go to any of them and we are no longer listed as selling on that asin)
Cant see anywhere that th bank accounts have not been verified for disbursement although possibly still waiting for the payment account bank details to be verified sent a copy of the new bank statement but not heard anything.
When checking disbursement the sales are £1600 but nothing available to disburse.
Unsure why our listings have been cancelled.
Any advice people.

And have your holiday settings been forced on by amazon for security ?
After bank change, there’s a 3 day security hold
Always disburse before changing bank details
