Amazon Seller Product Liability Insurance (EU) - Insurance amount

Good afternoon,

I'm seeking guidance on the minimum insurance amount required for sellers in the EU market. I've read that in the USA, Amazon requires at least $1 million in coverage, but I haven't found any specific information for the EU market. I also reviewed the "Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement" (last updated: August 1, 2024) and the "Commercial Liability Insurance Policy," but couldn't find any details there.

Insurance companies are following U.S. practices by offering coverage starting at €1 million. Unfortunately, the costs of such insurance are quite high.

Can anyone share their insights or experiences on this?
