Just wanted to see if anyone else is having the issue or if it's account specific to us?

Some sellers have recently transitioned to the standard reserve period is seven days after delivery date (“DD+7” reserve policy).
Disburse on Demand will again become available when your deferred transactions are released. Disburse on Demand will be available after this transition period.
Payments based on delivery date

What is a deferred transaction?
Please check back in the forums if you are still experiencing issues. I recommend reporting this to seller support.

This is nothing to do with DD+7 policy, we've been on that for years. Must have been a system error as it resolved itself.

There must be an error. I have refreshed the disbursement page as someone suggested and it worked. The error dissapeared and I was able to disburse funds.

Hi, I waited for the DD+7 period to pass so I could request another disbursement. Yesterday, the “Request Payment” option became available again, so I clicked it. However, today I can see that the disbursement status has changed to “Cancelled” again.
I’m unsure if this is an Amazon-side issue or something relating to my account specifically. I’ve already opened a few cases, but so far I haven’t received any helpful explanation or resolution.
Has anyone experienced this before, or can anyone advise on what might be causing it? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Same for me BUT WORKS ON THE APP - So cant have anything to do with the transition - thankfully been able to get my money out but not really on Amazon is it? - this thread was created 6 days ago!
