Account health and risk of diactivation
@Evana_Amazonplease help us!
We received the below email and we have never done anything they are suggesting. We can only think of one isolated case last year in which another seller was using imagery which showcased an infringing product to ours. We ordered the product to check and left a review to message the seller asking them to change the image. so it ddint depict a product that looked like ours as we own the patents. we now understand the correct way to report an infringement and this was not in bad taste but to protect our IP. We have written to th escalation team to let them know this was isolated and that it would never happen again. This seems harsh for a one off incident. we have appealed the case multiple times with not much clear instructiond as to what to provide and how to have the appeal approved! please help. this is the email :
please note that we do not and have never worked with third parties or anyone nor have we asked anyone to leave a negative review anywhere!We are a small family run business.
Hello PERKY PEAR Ltd,
Your account is at risk of deactivation due to unaddressed violations that have lowered your Account Health Rating to below 100. Resolve the violation(s) within 3 days of this notification to avoid impact to your account.
We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision.
Why is this happening?
We took this action because there are unaddressed violations on your selling account which have caused your Account Health Rating (AHR) to fall below 100, the threshold for deactivation:
Working with or influencing customers to leave negative product reviews to damage or abuse other sellers, their listings or their ratings is a violation of our Amazon Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct. As part of the Code of Conduct, sellers must not attempt to damage or abuse another seller, their listings or their ratings. For more information, go to the policy.
How do I avoid account deactivation?
To avoid account deactivation, resolve the violation(s) that led to your account being at risk. You can also find the actions needed to resolve these violations by referencing the Priority Actions section on your Account Health page.

What is your account health rating showing is it showing under 100?
In account health do you show that you have any active violations?
Any violation from last year will no longer be on your account so it is unlikely to be that.
If it shows over 250 and there are no active violations' then it may well be a mistake. I know they can often be useless but it could be worth call Account Health and asking seller support to see if they can give any clarification on this.
