Men's wool socks incorrectly flagged as HFSS

I need some help.

Over the past fortnight, Amazon has repeatedly suspended advertising for my men's wool socks citing HFSS regulations.

However, this product falls under apparel and is entirely unrelated to HFSS items. According to relevant regulations, this item should not be subject to advertising restrictions.

I have repeatedly contacted Amazon's support team to submit appeals, yet no one seems capable of resolving this issue definitively. Within the last two weeks, this product has been absurdly suspended for the fourth time.

I cannot comprehend why Amazon cannot verify the product information and permanently remove the restriction.

Due to the ASIN being repeatedly and erroneously flagged, my advertising campaigns cannot run normally, severely impacting product promotion and sales. Currently, the product's inventory is stagnating.

I desperately need assistance; otherwise, I'm going to lose my mind!

Case ID is 11603879982.
