Authenticity Claim – Invoices and Supply Chain Documents Rejected
Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out for some advice regarding an authenticity claim I’ve been struggling with.
I have already submitted:
Original invoices from Qogita (my supplier)
Invoices from Qogita’s supplier (to show the chain of supply)
Proof of payment
Full supply chain documentation
Despite providing all of this, my appeal keeps getting rejected. I’ve double-checked that the invoices meet Amazon’s requirements (supplier details, addresses, dates, matching ASINs, etc.), but I still get the same generic rejection message.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation, especially when using wholesalers like Qogita?
Is there something specific Amazon usually looks for in these cases that I might be missing?
Do they prefer only invoices directly from brand-authorized distributors or manufacturers?
Any tips on how to strengthen an appeal or the best way to re-present the documents?
I’d really appreciate any insights from sellers who’ve been through this, as I feel I’ve provided everything possible to demonstrate product authenticity.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Im facing the same questions, but in my case I am the manufacturer, I machine all of our products. The only things we buy in are the raw & packaging materials. How do we deal with that???

I would think that Qogita are not a reputable supplier - anybody can sell on there, similar to buying off eBay wouldn't be a reputable supply.

Qojita are just a marketplace with no guarantee of authenticity and I believe that you have no chance of getting approved.
But read this - https: // help.qogita dot com/selling-items-purchased-via-qogita-on-3rd-party-marketplaces (remove spaces etc)
and more importantly-

Hi all,
I also face the same problem. So I have provided an invoice and supply chain letter which meets all of Amazon's requirements, however, they keep rejecting my applications. When I ask why is it rejected, what do I need to do to proceed or what else they need, Amazon just repeats the message that it is rejected.
They don't provide any information. I don't know whether they don't like Qogita and shadow-banned them or Amazon just does things on a whim. I've contacted Qogita to see whether they can support but I'm out of ideas of what to do.
Hope someone can help.
Does anyone has other UK wholesale suppliers that are known to be successful?
Many thanks

Hi
I've had the same issue in the past and once rejected (albeit for no reason) will never be accepted.
Other issues like PL products from Qogita are another issue.
