Help: Updating GL and Product Type

Hello everyone!

I've listed my product and ensured it's placed in the appropriate categories. The category I see online is correct.

However, I'm currently facing an issue where I can't sell the product because I've been informed that my GL and product type are incorrect. I've contacted Amazon to have this corrected, but they've made me wait for 24 hours, then another 24 hours, and now an additional 72 hours. How can I confirm that the necessary changes have been made?

Hello @Seller_sL7EGFWvXL09r- thanks for bringing this question to forums! I wanted to make sure you were armed with this help page which covers how to select and edit product type and attributes through the 'Manage Inventory' section of Seller Central. As I imagine you would likely have attempted this already, I'd be happy to look into this further if you could share your case ID with support here in the thread!
