Account Verified but Not Reactivated – Immediate Risk of FBA Inventory Removal
Hi, we need guidance and escalation help. Our UK seller account has been deactivated since 2 Oct 2025 due to verification/KYC hold. We completed all requested steps and received two confirmations:
29 Oct 2025: “Your information is verified - Start selling on Amazon now”
6 Nov 2025: “Your information is verified - Start selling on Amazon now”
However, Seller Central still shows “Reactivate your account”, we cannot sell, and all listings were removed on 1 Nov 2025. We have also been warned our FBA inventory (value £100k+) is scheduled for removal/return starting 2 Jan 2026, while we were told on 9 Dec 2025 the review may take up to 35 business days.
This creates a critical contradiction: inventory action is scheduled before the review concludes.
Can a moderator please help escalate and confirm:
Which team owns the restriction (Verification/KYC vs Seller Performance vs Payments)?

Thank you for your help!

Hello @Seller54212,
This is Jonathan from Amazon and I want to provide you with some guidance based on your post.
"Our UK seller account has been deactivated since 2 Oct 2025 due to verification/KYC hold. We completed all requested steps and received two confirmations: 29 Oct 2025: 'Your information is verified - Start selling on Amazon now' 6 Nov 2025: 'Your information is verified - Start selling on Amazon now' However, Seller Central still shows 'Reactivate your account', we cannot sell, and all listings were removed on 1 Nov 2025."
Based on my observations from your post, I want to provide you with a sense of direction moving forward. I can see you've been navigating a challenging situation with your account, and the timeline conflict you've identified regarding your FBA inventory is a valid concern that needs attention.
When you receive confirmation that your information has been verified, the expectation is that your account access should be restored. However, sometimes there can be delays in the system updating all components of your account status. The fact that you received two separate confirmations but still see the prompt to reactivate suggests there may be additional steps in the process that are still being completed.
Regarding your FBA inventory concern, I understand the urgency given the scheduled removal date. Here are some things to consider:
Have you received any specific notifications about which aspect of your account is still pending? Sometimes the process has multiple components, and one confirmation may relate to one aspect while other documentation may still be under review.
When you log into Seller Central, what specific message or prompt do you see under the Account Health section? Understanding the exact wording can help clarify what action, if any, is still needed from your side.
For your FBA inventory situation, have you explored the option to create a removal order yourself to control the destination and timing, rather than waiting for automatic removal? This could give you more control over your valuable inventory during this period.
Regards,
Jonathan.
