Our UK Account is registered to US Company Information and we want to update it with our UK Company Info, UK Company Number, VAT Number.

However in the Identity Information page in Account Info, it does not allow us to change the info. We can't click there.

Could somebody help how we can update it?

My company name includes 84 characters. Amazon allowed me to write 50 characters of it during registration.

I also have an UK Vat Id which is recorded to my companies full name (84 characters)

Now Amazons Vat Responsible Section says that " there is a mismatch, fix it within the next 60 days to avoid account deactivation in the UK."

They are so focused on exact match but the main problem is the character limitation of Amazon at Company name.

Our company is being acquired, at which point we will need to change the Company Registration Number and VAT number to that of the new parent company.

What else do I need to consider to prevent issues with our Amazon account?
