HELP! - SFP Stop Orders Coming in?

I'm being overwhelmed by orders, more than i can dispatch. I have set Control Prime order volume to 400 and Order handling capacity to 50, yet i've got over 600 orders, and offers are still showing next day delivery, but without the prime badge.

How do I get my offers to show dispatch tomorrow/ del wednesday?
