Contact the Payments team

I am unable to contact the payments team on the email provided by Seller support (payments-guarantee@amazon.co.uk).

When I sed a test email to this address, I receive a notice stating that this email address does NOT accept incoming mail. Amazon has, repeatedly, asked me to send my complaint. Each time I have told Amazon that this email doesn’t work.

Amazon has put me in an impossible position; They ask me to contact the Payments team but provide no means of doing so.

Could you please provide a VALID email address or phone number for the Payments team and get them to call me on 07513032085?

I have asked Amazon at least three times for a valid email address. Every time, Amazon replies with the same faulty email address.

Can anyone help?!!

Why do you want to contact the payments team?
If it’s regarding an A to Z or chargeback claim, can you reply to the original A to Z notification email? Or can you see the claim in your A-Z section in seller central?
If not, can you send the details to seller support and ask that they forward it on to the payments team.
