A Chinese email account added to my brand registry account @163.com
Hi All,
Not sure if anyone encountered this scary issue!! I have registered trademarks, and registered with Amazon brand registry.
I noticed in the account a user email I didn’t recognise ending with @163.com. I opened a case with seller support for brand, and I got useless reply first time, I sent screen shot, and I asked how this person is added to my account?
their reply again, not very helpful
“Upon checking, I see that the user: xxxx@163.com, is added as an Administrator for the Brand 1 The user is not added to the other Brand”
It is only added to one brand!!Like that makes it ok!!!
I am going crazy here, it is serious security breach, and they are not bothered. I read an article about scam going around from USA trademark USPTO but none of that apply to me.
Anyone faced something similar?

I am still going in circles in here. I filled a form to remove that user, and I am told that person doesn’t have any right to that brand!!
In last case I was told they have administrator right on the account!!

Anyone encountered something like this?? It almost been a week, and still have unknown user sitting on my account, and seller support not doing anything.
