Can you change default handling time for all items in one go?
The most recent posts on the forum (2019) state that this can only be done by individual item. I just wondered if that’s still the case.

My instructions on how to do this, on a similar thread just 8 days ago …
- Download the latest Price Inventory template file
- Enter SKU in SKU column
- Enter stock quantity in quantity column
- Enter a whole number in leadtime-to-ship column
- Save as a text tab delimited file
- Upload in Inventory > Add products via upload
- Change file type to Price&Quantity

You would think that somwhere in Amazons offices there would be a developer who could create a way to update the handling time in bulk in a very easy user friendly way like their competitiors instead of this csv ARCHAIC system.
7 steps, dowload this template (if you can find it), enter SKU’s (which you will find if you dowload another report),enter this enter that, save as a text tab delimited file (haven’t needed to do that for any reason for the past 10 years), upload to Inventory, change to this???
I mean REALLY get serious AMAZON, is this for real ???

I’m a Pro Seller but don’t understand Excel or the process to do this. I will update my transit times instead. I may also put a note next to my store name advising that Royal Mail delivery’s may be delayed.

Unless you know what you are doing with excel uploads, you would be best to adjust your delivery time instead because this would apply across your inventory. Stay Safe, Ossian.

What is annoying is in the general shipping settings there is a box which says default handling time. If only that was editable and updated all the listings for you rather than mucking about with excel files. So much easier to alter these settings on that other well known platform.
