    Item Highlights error after Title 75 character update

    Hello,

    I have updated all of my titles across marketplaces to 75 characters or less (with spaces) as requested.

    When trying to use the Item Highlights however, I get the following error:

    "100476: Provide an Item Name that is 75 characters or less to use Item Highlights. Additional details can be found in the tool tip."

    I have checked and re-checked my character limit and there's nothing wrong there. I've also just finished a chat with an Amazon agent who was trying to tell me that your title has to be EXACTLY 75 characters to get the item highlights, so lots of time wasted there trying to get an answer out of a clueless person.

    I saw other discussions where sellers couldn't used Item Highlights but with different errors to this one - any updates?

    Are you including your brand name at the front? If not, it sometimes adds it in anyway (and counts it towards the character limit) on the live listing.

    Are you using the UI or feed files? Feed files don't seem to do the brand thing.

    Does your item have variations? If so, I think (only from anecdotal evidence) that it includes the length of them in as well. If using the UI.

    It's all a bit of a mess with the "instructions" not very clear or offering much help for possible errors.
