However, on April 20, 2023, we suddenly received a performance notice from the Turkish site, indicating that according to Article 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, our Amazon seller account has been deactivated and all European sites have been closed at the same time.
In response to this situation, we investigated and found that from January 13, 2023 to April 2024, our mailbox has been receiving email invitations to open the Turkish site, but we did not reply to the email to open the Turkish site, nor did we add the contact information of the operations manager to apply for the opening of the Turkish site, so the Turkish site was not voluntarily opened by us and was not operated.
Please verify the specific situation and help us open the video verification channel to reactivate the European site.
