How do i report an Abusive buyer?

I have an abusive buyer and he will just not go away. He bought something for just £5.02 and the hassles started immediately. Personally i think he is off his head but i cannot say that, when if it was in a pub, he’d know all about me.

So, I’ve searched and searched in the so called ‘help’ section but just cannot find it (does Amazon believe all their customers are angels and we are the baddies?).

Any help appreciated.

Hi on the bottom of the message from the buyer there is a tab that says report, I would only do this however if its none order related because if there is an issue with the order and they create a A-Z it will go against you and could be paid back to the buyer in any case.

I agree with PeterT. If they are abusive and sending messages not related to the order, then use the report buyer in the message centre.

Then you should advise the customer you will not respond to further emails as you do not tolerate rude or abusive behaviour and have reported this to Amazon. I would also let them know that any future correspondence not relating to an order will be ignored and reported going forward.

It completely depends however, if the order has not arrived or they have issues with them, it is always best to try and help first. Without more info, that is about it.

Report a buyer violation

If you are having trouble with a buyer or a buyer’s order, you can report it:

  1. Go to Contact us.
  2. Select Other .
  3. Select Report a violation .
  4. Enter the appropriate information.

However, as pointed out above, if there is a problem with the order and risks an A-Z then be careful to only refer to the abuse from the buyer.

good luck getting Amazon to do anything! we had one last year calling me everything from a pig to CUT! several times over several days. The rants went on and on! CUT this and that! WA*KER this and that! etc! you get the picture.
Reported them! clearly Amazon did nothing as they later left neg- feedback along the same lines! I still had to argue with Amazon to get it removed and only then because it had the word pig and I said I was Muslim!
Total disregard to sellers! Buyers seem to be able to do as they want!
