Amazon has restricted my seller account for the following reason:
Hello,
Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Funds available in your account will be withheld. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints in Amazon European fulfillment centers, they are currently ineligible for removal.
Why is this happening?
We have taken this measure because we have concerns about the authenticity of the items listed at the end of this email. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we request additional information from sellers to confirm the authenticity of certain products. The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. Amazon has several product detail and listing policies to ensure customers have a consistent buying experience and receive items in the condition they expect.

We spoke to customer service on the phone several times.
After each of our conversations, I provided the requested additional information and sent the requested documents.
- I have sent the official purchase invoices.
- I attached the entire supply chain
- I have sent an official letter from my official perfume wholesaler confirming the full supply chain and purchase invoices
- I have sent a document certifying the authenticity of the products of the wholesaler located at the beginning of the supply chain.
- Furthermore, during the last conversation, the Amazon customer service specialist suggested writing an action plan. That happened too.
Despite all this, my seller account is still limited.
What to do? Please help!
Please give specific help instead of the template answer!
Please tell me exactly what I have to do!
What else is wrong?
Please provide a direct phone number for the inspection team!
