Account Deactivated Without Any Notice
Hi Everyone,
We've been selling on Amazon for more than 3 years, Our company is established in UK, We're VAT registered. Everything was confirmed and verified by Amazon.
Suddenly Amazon deactivates our account, we receive following email.
"Hello,
Your Selling on Amazon account has been deactivated. We are reviewing the information of your business establishment for verification purpose
Why is it happening?
This action has been taken to carry out additional verification measures on your account, which is a standard part of our verification process.
To know more, review our Know Your Customer (KYC) policy:

This decision is in accordance with the "Funds Disbursement Eligibility policy":

As a result, your listings have been deactivated, and your funds have been withheld in the EU and UK.
What happens next?

CURRENT SITUATION:
From the account health page, It shows Verification Completed Successfully. I am trying to open cases and calling Amazon support but all they ask me is to wait and our KYC information is being verified, They have not asked any documents from me and didn't provide any reason for deactivation except for "Your information is being verified"
I need a quick solution as I have sent too large stocks for end of year and Black Friday Deals are also coming but I have not received any hope that how much time that verification it will take.
Please let me know if anyone has a solution.

First of all thanks for your response. Please note that our account was deactivated on 5th November and there is no proper response from Amazon since then.
We've received an email stating that our information is approved and we can continue selling but still our account remains deactivated. It is taking too long for Amazon to just review simple address verification documents.
This is really frustrating and effecting our business. Please take this issue seriously and help us resolve our issue. We've already lost 200k of revenue. Our inventory is stranded and Amazon will ask now to create a removal order which is further loss.
Please help us and do something in this matter. We're tired of receiving automated responses from Amazon.
