Why is the 'Add to Basket' button not visible on the products?

The products we added do not show the 'Add to Basket' button on both this account and our other account. Instead, the 'See Buying Options' button appears. Additionally, we are not visible in the Featured Offer section. Despite selling at the lowest price, we are listed as the Lowest Price seller, but when customers click on the product, more expensive sellers are shown instead.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before? Any suggestions for a solution?

are you a new seller? New sellers don't get featured offer until a sales history is built up. Amazon don't state what this sales history needs to be.

Its believed this applies if you do FBA as well.

Waht you can do is go to your public seller page and click the Products tab. Any producs you click on here will add some parameters to the URL that make it look like you have the featured offer.

You can use these links off amazon (ie social media) to encourage initial sales, then eventually, you will be featured offer applicable.
