Amazon account deactivated due to Section 3
Hi,
Im writing this issue here my Amazon Account has been deactivated due to section 3. Amazon asked me to provide them Supply chain documents and Proof of delivery,Bill of lading,Custom clearance documents. Even though i have given them all these documents before attempting for video verification call and i have given them all the answers which they asked. Still they rejected it and deactivated my Account and now need the same documents again now im confused whatelse do they need all the documents are legit and i have got it fr brand becoz im authorized by the brand it self. Is there any seller who has faced this issue can someone guide me. I have attached the Email after deactivation so you can have better understanding

This is a recently common and very serious situation that requires 100% verification of your supply chain, sourcing documentation, and business verification. All attributes need to meet our requirement to be accepted.
Since you mentioned providing documentation, I have a few questions surrounding where you're sourcing and who specifically provided authorization?
Do you posses a letter of authorization, this needs to be issued by the brand, on brand letter head directly authorizing your store on amazon to sell. If your letter of authorization is issued by a distributor or supplier, it will be deemed invalid and not acceptable.
Where are you sourcing your products from, do you have valid invoices that meet all of our requirements? Do your invoices contain all the mentioned attributes? Finally surrounding your supplier, have you looked into your supplier prior to using them? I would additionally recommend checking out our supply chain standards, if your supplier violates this policy, they may be deemed as an invalid supply chain.
