Unable to Request a Call Back through Account Health or Support Option

Unable to Request a Call Back through Account Health or Support Option it says "Internal Failure" Call back later, we're in a situation where we have to gather lots of information from contacting support, and yet this has happened. It is ridiculous if someone from the team has blocked me intentionally because I was calling multiple times to ask multiple questions. Just to give a background we have been recently notified to provide supply chain documents for about 500 products and incase if we fail or they think that the invoices are not according to them they'll deactivate my 8 years old account. I would appreciate if someone from the support ask them to fix the issue so i can call

I see that you are experiencing an error message while attempting to contact the Account Health Support Team and you have questions about how to get this resolved.

Can you share if you are still facing this same issue? If so, can you share a screenshot of the error so we can pass this information over to the appropriate team to review?
