Ridiculous Hazmat Review on product - Help!

I have been trying to list 2 different item but Amazon will not allow because they state the items are “Under Hazmat Review”. I raised this with CS who responded with the following ridiculous reply

"Greetings from Amazon FBA Support,

Thank you for contacting us.

I understand that your concern is regarding for ASINs in which when you creating the shipment plan and when you converting the listing to FBA the error is showing under Hazmat review. Let me address you.

I would like to inform you that I have contacted to our Product Compliance team is currently reviewing the following products to determine whether they are regulated as dangerous goods (hazardous materials or hazmat):

ASIN: B0761WQGFG, B0761WC65Z, B0761WMC2X

The Product Compliance team reviews each ASIN within four working days of ASIN creation. If the product information on the ASIN is complete and correct (including any possible product attributes which would categorise the product as hazmat), we will complete the review and categorise your product within that time frame.

At this point there is not sufficient information available to classify the product(s). Please provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for your affected product(s) and upload it via the MSDS tool in Seller Central. If you do not have access to an MSDS, please request one from your supplier or the manufacturer. If an MSDS is not available for your product(s), you can fill out an MSDS exemption sheet using the MSDS tool provided in Seller Central. The tool and information about how to use it can be found at the following location:

https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/fba/material-safety-data-sheet/index.html?ie=UTF8&asin=&ref_=ag_xx_cont_fbaconfirm&;(login required).

The review period generally takes four business days after we receive this information. You will receive the conclusions via e-mail upon completion of our review. "

Firstly the 4 ASIN’s refer to a Puma Hooded Top and Puma Ladies Leggings. I have tried to explain this to them that there can be no hazard with these items but as usual we hit a brick wall.

Has anyone else every had one like this, and if so how did you get someone to actually look at it for you?

Did you provide them all the requested information? They only want the Material Safety Data Sheet.

Follow the instructions and submit everything using the link which they sent you.

Just a Bot mistake by the looks of it, your listing description has this under batteries:

“Batteries included? No
Battery description 9v”

This may be what’s been picked up. The link they have sent you for the MSDS tool says “Batteries (or products containing or shipped with batteries) and finished cosmetics have certain physical or chemical properties that may classify them as dangerous goods,”

Firstly edit your products to remove the battery information and then keep at them until you get a response from a real person (rather than an automated response)

Yes we have the same problem. I replenished stock, sent it to Amazon for usual FBA replenishment. They picked on one colour of one size of 6 same products in the shipment and decided to take it offline. I sent the uploaded HAZMAT exemption form and 4 weeks later nothing, product still offline.
I have sent about 20 emails, same replies, ‘under review’, or ‘we understand your frustration’ or ‘wait 4 days’, or ‘wait 48 hours’.
I have recently started to request they send the products back to us as there is no point in them hanging around in an Amazon Warehouse. But at the moment they are ignoring me.
Have an Amazon Seller Central brick wall built and bang your head against it whilst losing business and waiting for Amazon to be sensibly efficient. They have a MONOPOLY, that is getting unwieldy (affecting us as sellers, doesn’t bother them) and bigger by the day.
