Help to convert sku from FBA to merchant seller

Hi, I tried many times the normal way to convert the inactive sku (with no stock) from amazon inventory to merchant, then the system redirect me to the inventory, but the skus are still in FBA.
the seller support told me to wait their relevant team but it is from July that I am waiting their help, maybe before Christmas they will answer?
